What people say about Bramble Lodge
Additional to the professional independent review undertaken by the Care Quality Commission, we have also received positive reviews on the CareHome UK web site. We thank people for their reviews and try always to respond to their comments.
The CQC inspection covers all aspects of the care home operation, many aspects of which are not visible to the service user. As part of the review the inspection draws on the experiences of service users, their relatives, carers and friends. Staff are interviewed as part of the process and are encouraged to give frank and honest input. Visiting healthcare professionals such as General Practitioners, district nurses and hospital consultants are also asked for their comments. The inspection is carried out by professional inspectors who are familiar with care homes and the legislation that covers their operation.
